Every result displays its coverage — the share of the underlying list that was actually fetched. Complete-looking conclusions are never drawn from incomplete scans: results from partial data are labeled partial. You agree to interpret results together with their displayed coverage and timestamps.
You agree not to abuse the service: no automated scraping of this website, no attempts to bypass rate limits or captcha, no bulk-enumeration of accounts, and no use of the tools to harass or defame the people whose public usernames appear in results. The tools exist for curiosity, research, and account auditing — not surveillance.
The service works only with public accounts. You agree not to attempt to access private-account data through it; technically there is no path to do so, and attempting misuse anyway may result in rate-limit blocks.
